Directions:
Our office is located on the second floor inside The BodyMind Centre. We are next to The Hand & Upper Limb Clinic and JML Engineering.
Please remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs. At the top of the stairs to the right you will find a waiting area. The men's washroom is off the waiting area. The women's washroom is left at the top of the stairs inside the woman's change room.
Parking:
Free parking is available in designated BodyMind Centre parking spots with signs outside the centre and in the two rows closest to Water Street in the Options Northwest parking lot on the corner of Water St. and Villa St.
Parking is free on Villa St. and Cumberland St. as well.
Nearest Bus Stop:
#7 Hudson and #17 Current River buses both stop within a block of the centre.
